The Morning After
Well, morning run for me in Central Park for 3 hours, dancing, working out and enjoying the beautiful park was incredible. Very peaceful and lots going on... lots and lots of DOGS!
Visit to Fred's house for Espressos before heading to
Breakfast.
He's so cute!
Breakfast the morning after at Madison Restaurant, really good food.
Grand Central Station had a face lift, its stunning and so cool with those Tiles you can talk into one corner and have someone stand on the opposite corner and just whisper, they can hear you. Its so cool!
NYC Pizza on my last day in NYC.
BarbeQue Party at Water Taxi Beach, Long Island
This parking lot was transformed into a cool beach front property facing the most amazing view of Manhattan. Complete with lighted palm tree, sand and picnic tables, it serves for the perfect beach party in the city. Bars, great burgers, music and dancing. What more could you ask for but the Manhattan Skyline, oh wait a minute, we had that too.
okay we are having WAY too much fun.
My new friends, Fred, Michael, Jeff and of course, Claudia, Riccardo, and Harald!

Chef at Sheridan Square in Greenwich Village, NYC
New York is amazing, I can't believe I worked her for four years and didn't really LIVE in this city. Its like I'm a kid all over again. The sights and sounds are phenomenal! This is the view from the ROCK (Rockefeller Center Observatory)
They have these great artsy water falls erected all over the water ways for the summer, they are so cool! Did you know that you can take the Staaten Island Ferry for free to check out a view of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and then just turn around and come back. Who says nothing is ever free anymore?
Check it out!
New York, New York, here I come!
First night in NYC was fabulous, we hit the city running. My perfect host and long time friend Harald really got me into the city life! Got a nice apartment in the Upper East Side, close to Central Park and all the nice Hotels.Had dinner at a fabulous restaurant called A Voce, it was incredible. Went to a roof top party that had the most amazing view of the Empire State Building not to mention the incredible pink water towers on top of the roof. 253 stories up.
I am getting pretty good at using the trains and the busses here too
And this was just day 1, can't wait for day 2 and 3, etc.
