Today was a full day of National BOD Meetings, discussion about budgets and financials. Very interesting reportings on projections. yah-dah, yah-dah, yah-dah.
Okay, now on to more interesting things. :)
We all went to Kinkaide's for dinner, then to a Karaoke Place for more drinks, singing and dancing. Very fun, lots of cool people, some with lots of talent, others, well, with less than desired talent. Just kidding. No matter if you could sing or not sing, it was a great time had by all.
Today, we meet with all the State President's for Information and Leadership Training. I'm starting to get the feeling like they are trying to train me to become a president. Very scary. I need time to build up tollerance. ha ha ha.
No pictures today..sorry, somethings just aren't meant to be shared!
Have a great day!

Post Dinner Activities
Post Meeting Functions
Football fans meeting in the hotel bar for a little spectator actions. and a few drinky poohs. How many people can you fit on that couch anyway?
We had dinner at this place called "The Florist". Wonderful food, fresh salads, sandwitchs and stuff like that. Absolute Yummy!
My First National Board Meeting
Felt very presidential.hahahah
I like the intricate and sophisticated voting system of "thumbs up and thumbs down."
All I could think of was "what the heck are they talking about? Are we suppose to say anything?" So I'm a greenhorn when it comes to this stuff. But I learned a lot. :)
Arriving in Phoenix
The moon was incredible so took my camera and proceeded to wander the streets of Phoenix at 5 AM to find the amazing moon that I saw when I arrived. So this is the picture of that moon. I checked out the city a bit, walking the very deserted streets, it was beautiful out though. Unpacked my stuff, then headed to the gym to work out for 2 hours, before heading going to the dining room to have my breakfast. A good shower and then I was off to bed by about 8:30 AM. Thank God that Louis called me at 1:30 otherwise, I would have missed my 2:00 PM meeting at the convention center.
I had the most incredible Southwestern Eggs Benedict for breakfast though, wow! spicy, but so good. I slept like a baby. Wow, don't think I have slept that well in a long time. Love the bed! My room is beautiful and I have it all to myself until Wednesday! Anyone wanna come for a visit? ha hahaha.
Have a great day! Roxy

Congratulations Stephen!
Chef Mavro's
Okay, if you've never been to Chef Mavro's, you're in for a treat!
Bring at least $500 if you're two people dining.
We had the 6 course menu, but ended up with about 11 courses because some of the staff were clients of mine, all paired with the most amazing wines for each course. Needless to say, I was ONE happy camper and very full from all the yummy things that Hiromi, the pastry chef, made for us. Do you see all of the wine glasses....that's only the last 3 glasses, you missed the first 6 or so. I have to say though, the service for us, was incredible, the food, absolutely delicious and okay the wine kicked my butt! Enough said, go try Mavro's but don't forget to bring your AmEx!
