Spinning Dolphins

Okay, today was in INCREDIBLE day, by even my standards!
We had a fabulous breakfast omlet with spinach, eggs, bacons and cheese, some nice toast and the last of the incredible wild rice from the other night. Yummy.

We headed out to Kealakekua Bay to hopefully have a chance to swim with the dolphins, and boy did we ever, they were everywhere! We rented a kayak and just had a wonderful time with them swimming all around us. It was magical. On the way back we stopped at the Coffee Shack, they bake their own bread and make their own yummies! Salad and a Sandwich.

Our friend Chet, a Thai massage Master offered to work on both Greg and I and we had 5 hours of incredible Thai Massage. Followed by a Great Meal at Outback Steakhouse. Life doesn't get any better than this! I'm so sad to be going home tomorrow. Back to the reality of my crazy life. But happy to get back to work too:).

Okay, so some of these poses, are a little, well, interesting, but he was incredibly relaxed after wards.

The Mahalo Party

Tonight was the Iron Man Mahalo party where all the volunteers who work this event are honored. The fed us, threw stuff at us, and then we went to the Ironman store looking for discounts on their products. not bad, but we were hoping for more. Oh, well, we just spent anything that we earned on this trip. Hell, its only money.

Tomorrow we plan to go and swim with the Dolphins at Kealakekua Bay. Then we're getting Thai Massages in the afternoon. So looking forward to that.

I was lucky today cause Greg did some Shiatsu on me today at the beach, it was wonderful!

A day at the beach

We have our daily routine here, still keeping me moving. We usually get up, have a small breakfast, usually fruit, with some cereal, yogurt and or smoothy. Then we hit the hike for a couple of hours about 7 miles every morning up and down the mountains of Kona. Is quite a trek. I've come to love it, and Greg is amazing, he says he's an old man, but he's in pretty good shape!

Today, we went to the beach, Kua Bay, it was amazing. Wow, its been so long since I've seen water that clear. We could even see the Honu swimming under water. Incredible. We got to check out Paul, the newly visiting Adonis in his man thong...well ladies, he's on the prowl! We're selling him into Highest bidder!

The market is back up and Greg is doing a lot better today.

Iron Man Competition

It was a great experience, and it really gave you some respect for the participants and what they sacrifice to make and complete the race. All I can say is that they are incredible. I like when they first go out for their swim. Talk about the sea of humanity. Wow, what an incredible sight, all of them swimming out together. I hope to post some pictures when I return.

Kona Iron Man Triathalon

Okay, so here we are in Kona, trying to drum up business at Greg's incredible estate. Its just up the street from all the festivities, but people are getting lost a bit, but once they get here, its like they are in heaven.

We're downtown passing out flyers, walking around, but the energy level here is just drab, so different from China where there was so much excitement.

Greg is freaking out because the market is kicking his butt and he's losing some major money. The interesting thing about this whole dynamic is that I'm here thinking how lucky I am that I'm "Poa", and he's saying he's poor, with a 1.5 Mil house. I am very thankful for not really having anything, because I would probably be living the high life too and stressing out about everything the world is going through. Since I don't watch TV and don't really read the paper, I just go along my merry way and stay clueless. Cause really, at this point, there is nothing that anyone can do but hold onto our pants and wait out the very long storm that it hitting us.

I really have to put my faith in GOD to carry me through. I don't think that he's brought me through this far only to have me fall on my face, so my faith in him is really carrying me a long way.

I'll try to post some pictures if I can get them loaded on his computer, I forgot the cable for the camera.

Saturday is going to be long day. Race day!

On a lighter note, Greg has these two great dogs, who run the estate. Georgie and ?, oh crap I'm going brain dead, cannot think of the other dog's name right now. He looks like a buster, but that's not his name. Anyway, they are adorable and really do run the household. ha ha ha.

Greg's house is fabulous and gorgeous. We use a kitchen that is outside, fully furnished and sit on the outside patio every morning to have breakfast with the pooches. Then we go for a 5-6 mile walk/hike around the massive, hilly neighborhood where he lives in. I'm getting shin splints. argh. I need a massage!

Olivia and I have our own bedroom suites with our own bathroom and our own wing. ITs like a nice resort only that we have it all to ourselves. We have a 2 room studio complete with bathroom and reception area. Waiting area is outside on the patio right outside of the outdoor kitchen. Love this house. We have room for 4 massage tables in the massage studio area downstairs from where we are living.

So all is good here, Donna is majorly helping me out at home. She is so good to me. THANKS DONNA!

Hope you are all doing well and aren't stressing out too much about the market.

Will write later, Rox
