White Water Rafting the Pacuare River

This is considered to be on the TOP 5 list of Most beautiful scenery in the World according to National Geographic! Spectacular view, fun rapids and great guides. We had so much fun! check it out! It was a great day rafting in the "rain" in the rain forest! Truly amazing!
Sorry for the shaky video, but I had it strapped into my life jacket, cuz I was the lead paddler, and didn't want to get thrown out of the boat. Useless paddlers are usually swimmers by the end of the trip!

So tomorrow is back to the classroom. But we all enjoyed our day off here in Ajajuela and Pura Vida! Buenos Noches Mes Amies!

They have all these bridges all throughout the river and these awesome river lodges. they are everywhere but its still so isolated.

Amazing yeah!

This was one of my favorite places. beautiful

Waterfalls are coming down everywhere and around every corner it seemed like it at least. Plus some nice natural springs.

This is Daniel, our guide, he was the bomb!

Our motley crew, hey, where's Keith?

Oh, thought we lost him before we even pull out of the put in.

This was "Toastie's" boat, they called him that because he's so brown.

Keith is having way too much fun!

How cool was that? I got pummeled by this waterfall as we paddled right up to it.

What's up with Keith's tongue?

Successful completion of a Class 4 Rapid! Pura Vida!

hey, where did everyone go? That's me up front.
